General Labor
This is our entry level position at our recycling locations, but if you're up for a challenge, it offers a variety of career growth opportunities. Work here requires some lifting, agility, and flexibility in your job duties.
- You'll receive paid training, and steppingstones are provided to other positions, including tire tech, driver trainee, line lead, or any other job here.

Working at a Recycling Plant
Equipment Operator
In this role, you'll be trained to operate a backhoe, excavator, compactor, dozer, rock truck, or grader. A CDL license is not required, although if you have heavy equipment experience in construction or at a landfill, you'll be a step ahead.
